Gir Gai Steel was founded in 1992 by Mr. Jin-Sheng Huang, and has been fabricating and distributing steel products to both the domestic and international markets. From humble beginnings, GSC has steadily grown, and in 2002, an international trading department and our Taipei office were formed. ISO9001:2008 accreditation was achieved in 2015, and along with our dedication to the industry, through investments in state of the art facilities and our dedicated workforce, this has placed GSC at the forefront of the steel industry in Taiwan. GSC is the leading distributor of steel products for: Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Corp., China Steel Corporation , Feng Hsin Steel Co., Ltd, Shin Yang Steel Co., Ltd and Kao Hsing Chang Iron & Steel Corp.

Future
Environmental protection is an influential priority in society today. Along with innovative improvements in iron manufacturing, 94% of the scrap metal is now recyclable. GSC has placed strong emphasis on recycling and will continue to explore and implement innovative methods to protect our environment as well as improve our holistic service to our partners and clientele.

GSC Global Trading ensures our clientele from around the world, the full and direct access to our steel inventory and associated steel mills from the region. Emphasis is placed on providing the most precise and efficient logistical options through our extensive network of Port Authorities, Shipping Lines and Forwarding Agencies. Current key markets include; North America, Southern and Central Africa, South Asian countries like Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, then all across South East Asia and Australasia.
